Engraved, Printed, Embroidered – will be despatched between 1-4 days*
Ceramic, Candles & Printed Glass – will be despatched between 4-6 days*
* All orders placed before 11am will go into production the same day, all orders after 11am will be classed as the next working day.
Express Service

Engraved, Printed, Embroidered* – if ordered before 11am item will be dispatched the same day, if order is placed after 11am item will be despatched the next working day.
Ceramic, Candles & Printed Glass *– are not available for next day delivery but will be marked as express delivery (despatched between 3-5 days and delivered the next day via courier).
Please ensure you select the correct delivery service at the checkout
* Please Note - orders that contain more than 3 items with different processes cannot be guaranteed Next Day or Express delivery.
* Deliveries to Southern Ireland and Northen Areas of Scotland are despatched via a two day service.
